Hello! Welcome; you may call me Rezia! I'm a caretaker, freelance artist, exhausted daydreamer, and enjoyer of OCs and my silly little oc x canon ships. I guarantee Dottore is motion sick from being spun in my head 24/7; sometimes other characters and OCs get mercilessly tumbled, too.If interested in a commission, I recommend ordering via VGen! Otherwise, please reach out via email after reading my Terms.

  • You may use my fanart for pfp, banners etc. with artist credit. Write my username & link to this carrd. Thank you.

  • You may not use my personal art, whether that is OC or yumeship art, in any way. This includes banners, icons etc.

  • None of my art may be used for gen AI training or NFTs.

Who, me?

Hello! ♡I am and have always been an artist of some sort, preferring to draw my characters and various oc x canon over the years. I'm always trying to learn how to improve as an artist and figuring out how to balance it with life things!For the time being, I'm essentially a very sleepy freelance artist...! I have capricious interests in things like music, game creation, sewing, crochet, embroidery, carpentry / woodwork, leatherwork, biology, microbiology, archeology, and architecture. My main 'constants' are dragons and night motifs.

OC Shenanigans

I have many OCs... but only a couple I really like to focus on ngl— I love and am generally protective of them all since a lot of effort went into everyone, whether in character or design, but you'll usually only see a handful from me on a consistent basis!

  • ToyHouse - astralunescent | My main ToyHouse account! Sometimes I post trades, resales, or straight up adoptables there too.

  • ToyHouse - Luxenvalice | A shared ToyHouse account with Astralline! We have been roleplaying and working on a fictional world called Luxenvalice basically since we met during elementary/middle school, so a lot of our characters based in that setting have ended up here.

OC creation and expansion has always been with me since I first stepped onto the internet, ehe... So sometimes I spill a lot of things about certain ones on ToyHouse! For the sake of protection during this especially scary era of the internet, I do mostly have my OCs on main and on Luxenvalice set to be viewed by authorized users only. If you'd like to be allowed to see them, you're welcome to ask about it!

Yume Brainrot

I'm mainly an OC x CC shipper! But... sometimes I'm lazy about making new OCs for specific F/Os. My list is ever evolving and my 'main' interest often shifts depending on what media I'm into. If you can't tell already though, my primary interest is Dottore / Zandik (Genshin Impact), about whom I am constantly itching to nonsensically chatter about.

  • For the most part, I'm non-sharing or extremely selective.

  • Yume / OC x CC is a big source of comfort for me since childhood. As such, I curate my space and use the block and mute buttons freely. It's never personal, just a boundary.

  • Other than shared F/Os, I also block to limit how often I see drama, discourse and competitive behavior.

If, for some reason, you're interested in reading more on my yume activities, I... don't have it ready yet, but there's a carrd coming soon LOL. • Commissioners are asked to double-check information and the files relevant to their commission prior to submitting their request.

  • Requests that are believed to contain AI-generated imagery will be discussed, and declined if the commissioner is unwilling to remove the generated imagery.

  • Commissioners are asked to write clearly and concisely with minimal abbreviations for a smoother process and minimizing any misunderstandings about the commission, characters etc.

  • Commissioners are asked to respond in a timely manner to messages regarding commissions. The artist allows for up to a week (7 days) to pass before sending a notice. Process & Updates

Applies to All Commissions

  • The artist will inform the commissioner of total payment amount, the expected completion date, and any other relevant details.

  • The expected completion date is a rough estimate that is the furthest likely deadline. This deadline is flexible depending on the speed at which communication between artist and client occurs, adjustments being made to the commission etc.

  • Fixes that need to be made due to the artist's negligence (eg. forgotten design details) are free.

  • Upon passing the final validation check, the full resolution file(s) for the commission will be shared with the commissioner. After delivery, it is no longer the artist's responsibility to make changes to the artwork.

Regular CMs

  • The commissioner will receive a rough sketch in the first validation check. The commissioner may:

  1. approve the sketch for the next stage;

  2. request changes up to three (3) times;

  3. or request a new sketch for an additional fee, once.

  • If the commissioner is dissatisfied with the sketch even after changes are made, the commissioner may cancel the commission and be refunded.

  • Once the commissioner is satisfied, the artist will continue working and sending WIPs throughout the process. The commissioner may request updates at any time.

  • If dissatisfied with the progress of the commission, it is the commissioner's responsibility to inform the artist of what they are unhappy with. The artist will address these specifications to the best of their ability.

  • Large-scale changes that could have been addressed during the sketch phase (including, but not limited to, outfit changes, big design additions, background changes, moderate to large pose adjustments etc.) will result in additional fees.

Surprise Me/Skeb-style

  • Contact regarding this surprise style of commission will be limited to a single validation check at the very end of the process, and if necessary, notices of delays from the stated expected deadline.

  • The commissioner will not receive any WIPs or previews mid-process. Commissioners are asked only to order this style of commission if they are comfortable granting the artist full control over the process.

  • The artist will have a degree of artistic freedom with the request. Commissioners are asked only to order this style of commission if they are comfortable granting the artist full control over the process.

  • The finished commission result will be shown for minor corrections only (eg. color fixes, minor design errors etc.). No large-scale revisions are allowed (eg. poses, backgrounds etc.)

  • If the commissioner does not respond to the validation check or the next week's follow-up message, the artist will send the finished, full resolution commission as-is. The commissioner will not be allowed to request edits after this point.

Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

  • The invoice must be paid in full before work begins. If paying via VGen Payments, then the funds must also be released ahead of work starting.

  • For commissions totaling over an upfront cost of 120 USD, payment plans can be discussed.

  • The initial invoice only covers expected costs based on details discussed prior to beginning. Additional fees may be addressed and added later if significant changes are required mid-process.

  • If additional fees cannot be agreed on, the commissioner may cancel the commission, and if they have already paid, be refunded.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the commissioner will be refunded. However, the artist is not required to send any files beyond what WIPs were already shown by the time of the cancellation.

  • "Surprise Me" / Skeb-style commissions cannot be refunded once payment is sent.

  • Finished commissions cannot be refunded at all.

Fees

Conditions that may result in additional fees include, but are not limited to...

  • Additional Characters: Unless stated otherwise under a specific service, all base prices are per character. The additional fee may be reduced for characters that are not fully in frame, less detailed due to placement in the composition, or are extremely simplistic in shape (eg. blob characters, humorous simplifications etc.)

  • Complex Designs: This will vary depending on commission type, number of characters and individual design complexity, angles, and whether the artist will need to do research or dig up further reference material (in the event that the commissioner's references are insufficient and the artist needs to supplement due to angle/pose/lack of reference). Some baseline examples of characters that will automatically have a complexity fee include: FFXIV WOLs and NPCs; characters from series such as Genshin Impact, Honkai, Wuthering Waves, Granblue Fantasy, and other similar series.

  • Belated Alterations: Requests for adjustments to aspects such as poses, design changes, large-scale background changes etc. that come after the sketch approval phase.

  • Rush Orders: Tighter deadlines will have higher fees. The artist must be allowed a minimum of seven (7) days from submission of the commission request to work with.

  • Private Commissions: If the commissioner does not wish for the finished art to be shown in any way to the general public, including WIPs and similar progress material or being featured in the artist's portfolio, there is a +50% fee. This does not apply to commissioners who simply want to be kept anonymous.

  • Monetization & Commercial Use: If the finished art is to be used in monetized content, on a platform with monetization, or in plans for commercial or merchandising, please discuss this with me or, if ordering via VGen, select those licensing options in the order form.

  • PWYW / "Pay What You Want" service commissions and their relevant fees are calculated based on the offered price.

  • Artistree automatically adds a fee, which is paid by the commissioner. Please take this into account if planning to order through the Artistree website.

Deadlines & Delivery

  • All deadlines listed are estimations and may vary depending on individual commission complexity, the artist's overall workload, and expected start dates.

  • The artist will keep commissioners updated as much as possible if delays come to be expected for the completion of commissioners.

  • WIPs will be sent via the medium the commissioner originally used to contact the artist about the commission.

  • The full resolution file(s) and any other relevant pieces will be delivered via Google Drive, Dropbox, or if commissioned via VGen, Final Delivery, depending on these services' availability to the artist.

Usage & Privacy

  • The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including intellectual property rights.

  • The artist may:

  • publicly share WIP previews, creation processes and/or recordings;

  • post the finished piece to their social media;

  • share these and the finished piece on platforms with monetization for support (Ko-fi, Patreon etc.);

  • and/or feature the finished piece in the artist's portfolio or commission advertisements, unless arrangements are made for a private commission.

  • All artwork commissioned from the artist is, by default, for personal, non-commercial use. The commissioned artwork may not be reproduced or redistributed for commercial purposes without discussing with the artist and obtaining permission to do so after paying the commercial fees.

  • The commissioner is not allowed to claim credit, ownership or copyright of the artwork.

  • The commissioner is allowed to print their commissioned art out, use it as wallpaper, banners or profile pictures etc. while providing credit for the piece to the artist.

  • For commercial use, in which the commissioner wishes to use the artwork on monetized platforms (such as Twitch, YouTube, Patreon etc.), whether as-is or as edits for promotional posts or schedules, and/or on brand accounts, an additional +50% fee must be paid.

  • For merchandise use, in which the commissioner's usage intent is the above and/or to reproduce the commissioned artwork to sell physical or digital merchandise, an additional 100% fee must be paid.

  • At no point is the commissioner allowed to use the artist's work in generative AI or NFTs.
